The [MUNICIPALITY] Office of Emergency Management has completed the required four (4) year review and updating of our Municipal Emergency Operations Plan. This plan received New Jersey Office of Emergency Management re-certification on [APPROVAL DATE].
This office has updated the basic plan and all annex approval pages, updated all relevant recall/duty rosters, mutual aid agreements, and agency contact information. In addition, changes have been made to the plan and appropriate annexes based on deficiencies identified through actual implementation and/or exercising of the plan itself.
Current documentation for the appointment of the Emergency Management Coordinator, Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator(s) and our Municipal Local Emergency Planning Council is on file at the municipal level.
Please forward this request for re-certification to the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management for their action.
