We’re anticipating a wintry mix today starting late morning/early afternoon with periods of snow and rain. Depending on the duration of some of these periods of snow, 0.5-1.0 inch of wet slushy snow may be possible, however pavement temperatures are expected to be well above freezing so roads and other paved surfaces don’t appear like they’ll see much accumulation.
Skies look to begin clearing around 8-9pm with some sustained winds 10-15mph and gusts to 25mph possible during the evening, but these will die down by sunrise Sunday. Refreeze will be an issue to look out for this evening and overnight as temps drop into the 20s.
Have a great day!
